Don't let the virus block your business!

Unfortunately, despite the restrictions and preventive measures introduced throughout Europe, the coronavirus does not give up ...

Experts predict a significant increase in infections in early January due to increased transmission of the virus during Christmas.

It is worth being prepared, therefore we offer our Members and friendly organizations the possibility of performing screening tests for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 (Covid19) coronavirus.

Result in 10-15 minutes!

On-site examination by authorized medical personnel.

These are 2nd generation antigen smear tests (much more sensitive and accurate than the 1st generation) , recommended by the Ministry of Health.

No blood draw (!) .

Identification of a potential source of infection is extremely important to maintain the continuity of processes in the workplace and ensure health safety for employees.

Screening tests performed with the use of antigen tests are an effective protection against the spread of infection within the workplace , regardless of the source of the virus.

We will have to wait many months for the effects of vaccination. During this time, new infections will occur.

1 employee may quarantine the entire department.

Regardless of the common-sense approach to securing the continuity of work and staff during an epidemic, legal regulations also oblige us to take appropriate and effective actions :

The WORK CODE directly suggests the use of solutions ensuring safety:

Art. 207. [Basic obligations of the employer in the field of health and safety at work]
§ 2. The employer is obliged to protect the health and life of employees by ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions with appropriate use of the achievements of science and technology. In particular, the employer is obliged to:

  1. organize work in a manner ensuring safe and healthy working conditions;

  2. ensure compliance with the provisions and rules of occupational health and safety in the workplace, issue orders to remedy deficiencies in this respect and control the implementation of these instructions;

  3. respond to the needs in the scope of ensuring occupational health and safety and adapt measures taken to improve the existing level of protection of the health and life of employees, taking into account the changing conditions of work performance;

Let's not risk ... These are not high costs.

As a large organization, we get tests carried out at a lower price.

(EU) 2016/679 REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

Art. 9 sec. 2, point h) clearly defines the possibility of processing employee data in the situation in which we are currently:

"processing is necessary for the purposes of preventive healthcare or occupational medicine, for the assessment of the employee's ability to work, medical diagnosis, the provision of health care or social security, treatment or the management of health or social care systems and services on the basis of Union or Member State law or pursuant to with an agreement with a healthcare professional and subject to the conditions and safeguards referred to in section 3; "
